Our reader writes:

I was the head custodian of the library in the late 90's and this was a building that was half old and half new. On the old side of the building they had a reading room with a very long and antique table. The table must have been 12 feet long if it was an inch, but the strange part was that when you cleaned that room it was cold in there even if it was warm that day. I had also heard books fall from shelves and papers rustle at different times. Please remember that this building was only cleaned at night and I worked on my own for the most part. Only on a few occasions did I bring my daughter, who would sometimes tell me she had seen someone in the isle ways of books. I told her she was just seeing shadows, knowing that I was nowhere near where she was. I always made sure I got in and out as quickly and cleanly as I could.

Our thanks to the witness for writing to us.
