Nestled in the consumer and corporate sprawl of Trinity Square is #6 -- Scadding House.

This historic building was home to the first rector of the Holy Trinity Church which stands beside the home. Scadding was a scholar who wrote early histories of Toronto as well as his work for the church. Does his spirit still haunt his old home? One report in Colombo's Haunted Toronto seems to feel that his presence, though benign and peaceful, still lingers around the old house.

I researched the site and found no reports of any kind of ghostly phenomena other than Mr. Colombo's source but I did speak to a lady friend who worked in a small shop inside the old house. She told me that on occasion, she would feel that there was someone else in the room with her looking around at the merchandise but when she'd turn to talk to the person, there would be no one there.

Update: Like a few of the stories and reports on this site, this in one of those ones that we have an equal amount of people who have been connected with the site telling us that there is nothing to any ghost stories and have experienced zip at the site and an opposite number saying they have experienced the erie qualities reported above. This site is not leaning one way or another and allows that indeed, this site may... or may not be haunted. That is up to the individual witness and "experiencer".
