The following was recently sent in by one of our readers...

I was born in Kensington market where my father lived his entire life.

There is an old church, St. Stephen's in the Fields, at College and Bellevue. I use to be friends with the minister's son when I was a boy. One night me and him and another boy had a peculiar experience. There is a lot to say, but I would prefer to keep things private.

There were always peculiar things happening at that church. I was told that the church was haunted by the original priest, something to do with the fire it had, I forget.

Recently, one of our readers did a little online research and found out that The first priest did not die at the church & the fire of 1865 did not claim any lives which means that if the church is haunted by the priest, it is unlikely that the fire had anything to do with it.

Of the reports our site has received about this wonderful building, almost all have been about a force acting out to make sure the church and it's patrons are well cared for. One wonders if St. Stephen's-in-the-Field has a ghost or maybe it's own guardian angel that looks after the place and it's people.
