Among my old circle of friends, this was an extremely famous haunting, as it was horrifically re-enacted on an old CityTV Citypulse News program on ghosts and scared us all.
Does the spectre of a man with his dog re-enact his suicide regularly at this house? Reports of the haunting from this house south of Dupont have been the stuff of modern legend.
Apparently, a drop in temperature accompanies the ghosts which are seen either simply wandering through the kitchen or, more horrifically, the dog running frantically in circles while the man holds a knife over his head. The apparition then pulls the knife down, successfully slicing open his gut. Slowly the apparitions disappear and the temperature returns to normal.
