Public Road - Val Gagne

"On October 7, 2007 at approx 11:10 while driving on the Val Gagne Road I along with my fiancee spotted a man . In was on the side of the road walking towards us. He was dressed in white with shoulder length hair and a white cap. He was smoking a pipe. We had our high beams on and noticed how he didn't seem to be bothered by the light. We both noticed the man and by the time we passed him, we turned to each other and stated,. DID YOU SEE HIM. We also had our dog in the car a Black Lab who was fidgeting and whining at the same time. My fiancee slowed down looking in the rear view mirror and the man was gone. We turned the vehicle around and stopped by the spot we had seen the man. We looked to see if there was any paths or any homes near by, but all we say was fields and trees.We must of spent 10 minutes just looking up and down the road but saw nothing. We both shared a hug with our dog and have been imprinted with this moment forever."
