Pointe au Baril - Belleville Hotel on Lookout Island
Built at the turn of the nineteenth century and rebuilt in the 1920's as a hunting and fishing resort, the hotel is mentioned in the book, Mysteries of Ontario and caught our attention as, according to the book, in the 1950's, the hotel played host to a ghost that literally scared one guest out of the place. According to the book again, it now stands abandoned with "No Trespassing" signs around it.
