Can you assist the GHRS and it's sister sites with a gift?
Don't panic...
The first thing we'd like to make absolutely clear is that we have no intention of turning the organisation into a "for profit" or a "pay-per-view/paid-members" sites... nor are we in danger of "shutting down".
We have, however, had many people kindly offer financial assistance to keep the site and the group up and running and we admit that at times, the burden of the costs have been troublesome and we thank the people that have and continue to offer this help.
Torontoghosts and Ontarioghosts are now part of the PSICAN group of paranormal investigators/researchers. PSICAN is a regsitered Canadian charity and all donation you make will be tax deductable. Through PSICAN, the GHRSs, ParaResearchers and many others will have financial assistance in the ongoing study of the paranormal.

Dreams
Some people have asked what we WOULD do with a really large grant, gift, or donation...
If it was a large gift, we would purchase more cameras with an emphasis on thermal video. We would also pick up sensitive environmental (weather) station capable of detecting and collecting changes in an interior environment.
If it was a relatively large (pretty big) gift, we would complete the experiments and investigations we have already laid out to a degree... Such as the recently "published" Didier-Darroch Experiments as well as studies/experiments looking into the Philip Experiments. We would also look into long-term investigations and studies of some "haunted" sites.
If it was our end-goal dream, we would set-up a central office/library/seminar-space that would be available to anyone free of charge to come in and study/look into ghosts and hauntings without prejudices... All would be welcome from psychics and students of the psychical to hard-core sceptics (non-believers) to discuss, teach, learn, read, and experiment. Basically, a place in the City of Toronto for anyone interested in ghosts and hauntings to be able to come in and feel welcome and relay experiences, thoughts, and ideas as well as host seminars and informational meetings on the subject... but this is unlikely unless our director wins a big lottery or without a true miracle. Still, we can dream.
