Church - High Park/Roncesvalles Community

The following was sent in by one of our readers:

"I used to be a student at Howard Park public school, a long time ago, and there was a church across the street, I don't know the name, which we used to have concerts at. In the basement there was a passage way where my teacher told us there were bones and such.

What's funny, is me and my cousin, who was in the same class, saw and talked to an elderly lady, who commented on how beautiful we looked. She then walked away, and we played our violin concert. When I told my parents about the old woman, my father, who to say was overprotective was an understatement, asked who this woman was and what she was doing hanging around the basement. The answer he received did not put him at ease, he was told that we were the only ones in the basement, and the principal and vice-principal were standing watch to ensure no one wondered down there.

After that, seeing my father looking so disturbed by it, we didn't want to be in the band anymore because we didn't want to go into that church ever again. I own a house in the village, of Roncesvalles , and interestingly enough, I hear that the old church is being made into condos. I wonder if what my old teacher told us about the bones were in fact true, because she taught at Howard for a very long time, the old teacher's name is (deleted for privacy) but she could have made it up to scare us, but the old woman me and my cousin saw and talked to, was very real.

I was reading the Swansea report and couldn't help, but think of the similarities. If you, or anyone else, knows if the bones in the basement were true, I would be very interested to know."
Our thanks to our reader for the above report. If anyone has more details on this location and possible haunting's please let us know. I was unable to find any information on the possibility of bones/human remains being discovered at this site.
