Private Residence Bloor and Dovercourt Area

"I have been living in Toronto now for approximately 10 years now and never have experienced anything like I have in the past year. My best friend and I moved into a house in the Bloor and Dovercourt area last Spring, and we noticed strange happenings almost immediately. One evening my roommate was fast asleep when she awoke startled to feel something had run across her. At first she thought it could be a mouse, but it was far to big and nothing was in the room. After going back to sleep, this time her blankets were tugged off her freaking her out. I thought maybe she was imagining it.

Next story involves me, a few weeks later I was asleep in the spare room to awaken and find a dark shadow looking down on me. It made me gasp for air but I wasn't afraid. We would see the occasional shadow and light flicker then things stopped until recently.

I came home about 3 weeks ago at approximately 1pm. I fell asleep on the couch at 430pm and awke to hear water running upstairs. I thought my roommate was home, but she wasn't. I slowly went upstairs to find the cold water had been turned on full blast. Strange I thought. I mentioned this to my roommate who had the same thing happen, but thought maybe it was me and didn't want to say anything.

My last incident happened during the Christmas holidays. I'm in Quebec City with my friend and get a call from my roommate. I had been gone for a few days and she was out all night to return home and find that the cold water had been running full blast once again. This time she was a little unnerved. I'm in another province and she was out for the evening. Things that make you go hmmmmm.......

If it is a ghost I will say that I do appreciate the fact that he\she isn't wasting my hot water, but what's even more strange is the fact that I feel something standing over me as I write this. Hope he/she approves!"
